1. Personal Information & Privacy

  • We collect only necessary personal information (e.g., name, contact details, emergency contact, and health considerations) to ensure a safe and personalized retreat experience.
  • Your information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties except as required by law or in case of an emergency.
  • Payment information is processed securely, and we do not store credit card details.

2. Confidentiality & Respect

  • We honor your privacy and expect all participants to do the same. Discussions, personal experiences, and group activities are to remain confidential among attendees.
  • Photography, video, or audio recordings of any kind are not permitted without prior consent from both the retreat facilitators and fellow participants.

3. Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver

  • Participation in all retreat activities (including meditation, yoga, sound healing, ice baths, sauna, and Out-of-Body Experience (OBE) training) is voluntary.
  • You acknowledge that some activities may have physical, emotional, or psychological effects, and you assume full responsibility for your participation.
  • Serenity Wellness Retreats, its staff, and facilitators are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, lost items, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during your stay.

4. Health & Well-Being

  • If you have any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or health concerns, please inform us prior to the retreat.
  • We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any holistic practices offered are for personal development and relaxation purposes only.

5. Conduct & Community Guidelines

  • Serenity Wellness Retreats is a sacred space of respect, mindfulness, and support.
  • Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or disrespect toward others, staff, or the retreat environment may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations 30+ days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations 15-29 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
  • Cancellations 14 days or less before the retreat start date: No refund will be issued.
  • No-shows or early departures: No refund or credit will be provided.
  • Retreat Cancellations by Serenity Wellness Retreats: In the unlikely event we must cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.

Welcome to the Night Class! By attending this night class on our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Class

  • This night class is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. The content, discussions, and activities are intended to inform and engage participants. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, applicability, or outcomes of the information or experiences shared.
  • You acknowledge that any actions, decisions, or interpretations you make based on the content of this class are solely your responsibility. The host, organizers, and property owner are not liable for any consequences resulting from your application or interpretation of the material presented.

2. Assumption of Risk

  • Physical Safety: Participation in this night class involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries due to movement, interaction with the environment, or activities conducted on the property. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • You agree to act responsibly, follow all provided instructions, and exercise caution while on the property.
  • The host, organizers, and property owner are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or harm you may sustain during or as a result of attending the night class.

3. Liability Waiver

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge the host, organizers, property owner, and any affiliates, employees, or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from:
    • Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from your participation in the night class.
    • Property damage or loss of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
    • Any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on the content or experiences of the class.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, organizers, and property owner from any claims, costs, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your actions or conduct during the class.

4. Personal Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the night class. Please inform the host of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or special needs that may affect your participation prior to the start of the class.
  • You agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the host or organizers during the event.

5. Property Rules

  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the property.
  • You agree to respect the property, including all structures, equipment, and natural surroundings, and to leave the premises in the condition you found it.
  • Any damage to the property caused by your actions may result in financial responsibility for repairs or replacement.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The host reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the night class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, insufficient attendance, or other factors.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of the host and in accordance with any payment policies communicated at the time of registration.

7. Photography and Media

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the night class for promotional or archival purposes. These materials may be used by the host or organizers in future marketing or documentation.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the host in writing prior to the event.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the property is located. Any disputes arising from your participation will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

9. Acknowledgment

  • By attending the night class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend the night class.
